Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 40 or older 2) Assigned female at birth 3)Current identity as a woman 4) Abnormal mammogram in the past 12 months or diagnosed with breast cancer since 2011. Exclusion Criteria: 1) Inability to provide informed consent in English
